Swinging is like gambling, you invest your time, effort, you win, you lose and some people strike it lucky and find themselves in a swinging couple.

The gambling mantra stop when the fun stops applies.

When it stops being fun, stop. I do this occasionally. Hide profile. We all have probably been on the roundabout to nowhere, and even the forums can turn into a bad night out, wrong words used etc.

When the fun stops, do you? And how long is the longest.

Ive always got something in the pipeline. But i meet when i want. The day it stops being fun is the day i stop swinging

We had a 14 month break a few years ago after receiving a very slimy and shady message about our son when one of our pics reached the top hot spot (Mrs T of course)

I took a break last spring but found I needed the excitement of both dressing and playing and chatting on here. So I lasted about 9 months. Its very common for TVs to try and give up and dump all their stuff....then come back to it months later. A friend had a Tgirl shop and TVs would come and dump their stuff outside at night, she'd always keep it stored in case they came back for it, and many did.

Taking a break is wondering if you need whatever buzz you get from swinging and sex and then discovering again you do.

been about 8 months since this stopped being fun for me. my attitude just changed and i see things differently now.

deep down i know this place is only going to be as fun as i can make it for myself, i just don't feel motivated to anything about it any more. and i'm fine with that. know i look like a miserable git but i'm actually quite happy overall, just when it comes to having a good sex life i won't find it here. i stopped looking ages ago or really caring, my level of hopefulness was still probably quite high when i first stopped looking but now it's really low.

i know what i need to do though so am doing that instead.
