From my experience I struggled doing it with my partner because I was worried I'd hurt her or the baby. A lot of the fear was her spd meant she couldn't go on top and standing or kneeling was difficult too.

I think it's more to do with having multiple partners, might increase the chances of contracting a std / hpv which may be harmful to the unborn baby.

And for me personally I don't like the thought of it being a fetish.
