Tips on starting my own club/parties

So this is an idea I've had for a while now but I have absolutely no idea how to go around it, any ideas/suggestions would be appreciated and any people men/women/couples who would be interested in helping or attending would be great ?

I'm not looking for speed or price more about delivering somewhere that people can enjoy and have fun or just chill if thats all they want, clubs and parties pop up all the time for fucks I'm looking for quality and longevity

What would work is a private house in an area where there are no clubs - but with a large population - like Brighton. A house available for meets, groups, parties, socials, specific nights for bi or women only would be invaluable. No alcohol but free coffee and juice, clean towels and everything clean, clean, clean - couple of showers, hot tub, a huge amount of privacy, an entrance fee but not high so you get return business.....loads of possibilities.

Expect a lot of admin, a lot of people moaning about trivial nonsense, not a lot of thanks or money.

But on the flip, it can be great fun and is satisfying watching a group of people enjoying themselves at your party
