Take your time. It's more of a marathon than a sprint. Communication and patience is key. As previously said, whatever position the lady feels comfortable in and it may take a few times to stretch until you can put your whole fist in. I've found with four fingers in,pushing down towards her anus and hold for a minute and then trying again as this is a good stretching exercise. Also all women are different, have different vaginas so try rotating your hand to find the best angle to go in. Never try and force it in or rush or you could do serious damage.
