Has anyone used Durex play O orgasm gel and had any good effect? A friend recommended it.

I've also tried Kubwa but haven't had an orgasm.

Any other ideas apart from the mind stuff? (Which mine probably is)

I think a regular partner is the way to go - find one you are compatible with then try lots of positions

I had one and we were making progress but we don't see each other now. Finding a good regular on here is hard
