As long as they enjoy consenting, that's fine.

I don't need people to explain the reasons for their preferences, why not just accept they are what they are?

Fetishes are related to anxieties in everyday life. Cuckolding has it's roots in evolutionary psychology. On the negative side the real reason a lot of women have a 'preference' against bi guys is because they think they are disease riddled.

I wouldn't have thought "surprise" and handcuffs go particularly well together to be honest.

I'm not sure i have preferences, there certainly doesn't seem to be many common similarities between what i like and don't like, and those i notice don't have any logical rationale.
