Exactly - yeah, yeah, that ripped torso might LOOK great, all lean, sinewy and tanned - but it's all going to be a bit, um, 'solid' right? Not very comfortable to snuggle up to under the duvet. Dad bod fan here.

Last time I went with a gym fit guy, he spent the whole night preening himself in the mirror. Even during sex he was checking out his 6 pack and fixing his hair in a mirrored room in the club.

I get that people wanna look after themselves and look their best, but obsessing about your looks is a bit off putting.

Wouldn't mind, but the protein shakes don't work.

I do a bit of walking and the occasional cycling in the sunny weather but I'm pretty happy with the dad bod I have.

over the years ive swapped my six pack for a keg,

mainly due to major surgery, I now have a full length zip down my belly
