I've seen a lot of profiles with this at the bottom...

"WARNING: Any institution or person using this site or any of its associated sites for study or projects - You do not have my permission to use any of my profile or pictures in any form or forum both current or future. If you have or do, it will be considered a serious violation of my privacy and will be subject to legal ramifications."

So my serious question I'd this, why? Considering a fairly high percentage of members (of the men) are obviously on here without thier wives/gf/partner knowing and want to super secret about being on this site, isn't this warning pointless. Are we to seriously belive someone who won't have pics in case anyone recognised them is going to appear in court because someone violated this warning?

It has no legal standing whatsoever, just one of those people copy without checking

There's even extended versions now which mention Facebook. Often this warning is considerably longer than the actual profile text.

We got our own variation but more piss take n cheeky banter ..end a the day half the dick heads on here are prob copying n pasting pic so just keep face n tats out a it and we help some one in the world get a phd pretty hard dick we doing some thing right lol

The facebook warning is just ridiculous, the fact that people copy and paste stuff onto their profile when they obviously haven't even read it is crazy.
