Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Reduce carbs and sugars. More exercise. Lots of water.

Easy

Calorie controlled diet and then exercise to burn off excess calories?

Create a calorie deficit; as long as you're expending more energy than you're consuming, you'll lose weight.

Weight Watchers works for me but your mileage may vary.

Barnet

Having lost 2.5st since September (and yes, I am boasting!) I can say what helped me most was completely cutting out refined carbs (ie. potato and brown rice in moderation is ok, pasta and bread is a nono!). Sugar is another thing to be wary of.

Well into maintenance mode, keeping my weight down, but eating nuts and lovely dark chocolate daily.

Eat several times a day, excersise and cut out fizzy drinks (especially so called diet ones, if it says diet avoid it)

This will up your metabolism

Eat less move more!

If you take a sugar in your tea:coffee try it without, I did that and used Polish milk which is a bit sweeter anyway.

Def cut down on processed foods, this will help long term not just in a month.

Snack in veg sticks & fruit and drink plenty of clear fluids!

Good luck, you can do it

If it doesn't come from the ground or an animal it's probably not good for you. So whole foods nothing processed and plenty of water aim for 3 litres a day
