hi does anyone know whatever happened to xanadu in manchester? considering how diverse manchester is as a city, we lack a city centre swing club. yes there are clubs on the outskirts (adam and eves/cupids), but nothing in the city centre.

xanadu closed about 4 yrs ago..it went through a revamp which we thought was very nice.Drink prices went crazy which put people off going..the last we heard it was a Gentlemans club,dont know if it still is..have to say Manchester centre is crying out for a new swingers club.

Yes xanadus closed many years ago, dont think it's anything now!!

There used to be another club in the centre (not far from the MEN) that we went to a few times that is now closed too - such a shame!

We were members there for years, had some fantastic nights. A new owner bought it, tried to mix it with working girls, members like us stopped going and it closed down. The whole place is shut now and due to be made into a car park for the apartments above.

There should be one in Manchester and if we win the lottery , there will be.

i enjoyed a few good nights there with an ex on couples nights, those were the days

there was also some dodgy establishment in a converted pub at the bottom end of rochdale road (near collyhurst police station).

don't think it lasted long in that guise tho

Agreed it would be nice to have a club in Manchester. Sure there could be quite a lot of custom for the right establishment.
