I don't engage with anyone without seeing a couple of face pics initially, otherwise you'll find many people on here waste so much of your time.

I had it on Friday as I met a guy who said he was 25, according to his chat and on the profile. When we met up he was clearly younger, but still hot thankfully! So many guys (and women) it seems are incapable of being truthful about their age on here.

The internet is full of liars. Protect yourself.

There's far too many pointless conversations on here I've leant to knock them on the head pretty quickly now.

By your own admission it is only a few. Fab can be a great place to meet people. Personally I wouldn't give up that easily.

Report the mail where he gives both profile names. Admin might sort it.

My profile states that I am 45 when in actual fact I am 45!

Never seen the point in lying or being otherwise dishonest as such people always get found out.

Unfortunately though, it would seem that such dishonesty works initially, distracting people away from those being honest and upon realisation of the deceit, trust in people is severely damaged and things are ruined for everybody

So did this other profile have face pic? Not sure what he hoped to achieve sending you to another profile? Don't see point putting a fake age as if you do get to meet its soon found out, though must say being 53 and filtered out by someone who had 51 as upper limit is a bit frustrating but it would never tempt me to create a fake profile.

I wouldn't let the actions of a few affect my view of all men. It pisses me off when all women are labelled one way or another. An arsehole is an arsehole. As soon as the red flags start appearing like someone being difficult about swapping face pics or meeting for a social etc... I move on. Very little time wasted.

Yeah I agree. In my case I found out his real age after our meet - and the meet itself was pretty spectacular, frustratingly.

Now I know he's lied I'm not sure I want him in my house again.

I'm not so sure, how can it be proved that the intent is wrong? Plenty of people have more than one profile , are you going to report the couple that don't state cross refer on their single profile & vice versa?

Is it against the Fab rules to have more than one profile?

I'd never get away with it....I'll be hitting 50 in less than 2 yrs.....means I'll be blocked by a other chunk of ladies/couples.....but that's life I guess. If I lied, and met them they would soon be pissed off and would piss me off rather rapidly.

It's hard enough to sometimes get a reply to a message or be noticed due to the ton of copy and paste one's or the one line of utter filth they think is necessary to impress..

But to blatantly lie about your age or have multiple profiles..
