What is the etiquette of meeting for the first time to ensure a good fun time is had by all. What's are the go do's and what should be avoided?

Just relax and be yourself. You all need to be open and honest about what you like and if there are any things that you prefer to avoid.

Same applies to the actual play, so long as you all make sure it evolves in a way that is right for all three of you it will be great.
