I've only previously seen one or two but lately, I'm seeing way more people with hidden profiles. Has something happened I missed or are people just being more careful? Seen a few comments in forum posts where people mention a pic in their profile but when you go there, no profile to see.

I don't think anything has happened. Maybe lots of people are taking a short break from meeting.

i think if you at least have an avatar then the rest can be private until you fancy sharing with someone you like.
