At first look it seemed only 2 cars involved until they started separating them and discovered a third completely crushed between them. And before you say it.... Yes, every driver of any vehicle can be distracted and cause accidents, it's just the consequences can be much worse when driving a lorry. The fact that all of the lorry drivers on fab have never been involved in any accidents is a massive credit to their training and something that should be celebrated but you cannot in all seriousness suggest that looking at a woman naked when travelling (and there have been numerous threads where people admit to doing it at speed) is no different to looking in your mirrors as part of safe practice?
