How can you "falsely" bring a child into the world?

I'm sure accidents do happen and i'm also sure it's not your right to decide that of someone did decide to carry on with a pregnancy through an accident that it would be wrong.

It's every individuals choice. Many women fall pregnant through rape and decide to keep the child. It's their choice.

have had a few condoms split during sex - pregnancy is not an issue with me but sti's were . down clinic next day getting tested.

if the people were concerned about pregnancy surely the morning after pill was designed for just such situations?

there are some people who deliberately try to get pregnant through swinging as well. but as is always said each to their own as long as honest and up front with all participating

Surely comdom in swinging is a barrier to STD's not a birth control measure.!!!!!

Am I missing something here. ????

Some women are unable to use other forms of birth control, for various reasons. I know I am.

to those of you going to the gum clinic the next daybecause of a split condom...... thiers no point! you need to leave it two weeks other wise even if you did catch something it wouldnt show up on the tests

during swinging this happened to me a couple times and once with ejeculation, i always got tested two weeks after it happend and luckly never caught anything (touch wood) i realised after a few times i needed bigger condoms

p.s it takes 6 months for hiv/aids to bee seen in tests

with the ejeculation sitchuation she did not get pregnent

ive been swinging about 10 years now and never had a condom split, i have had it a couple of times where it has come off inside me but accidents happen and theres no point pointing the finger of blame at anyone as things like that is noones fault

If both parties practice safe sex as a rule i think it highly unlikely you would catch anything if such a thing did happen, tho always best to make sure

Theres always going to be risks even if you try to be the most careful person thing can go wrong and you have to either accept that or not meet

i actually can not believe any women on here would use condoms as their only form of birth control

I honestly do think if i was ever told, for whatever reason, i could no longer have any form of contraception and had to solely rely on condoms as my form of birth control i would stop doing this

To me thats just a to bigger risk as i know in my heart i would never be able to have an abortion if an accident did happen, and im not willing to spend my life bringing up a child alone that was a mistake thro swinging, so its just not a risk im willing to take

Not true, it shows anywhere between a few weeks and up to 6 months (although most clinics will use the result at a 3 months test). The testing window is a few weeks to 3 months, with only some clinics recommending a test again at 6 months.

due to various medical reasons i was in that situation for a while - i've always been a 'belt and braces' girl, but couldn't take any of the pills and was working through other methods and finding them not suitable for me very quickly!

have resolved the issue, for now, but if i have any more problems only surgery is left after this! so try to remember that some of us don't have as much choice in the matter as others... apart from choosing not to play at all!

We are about 15 mins outa Pontypridd and we do go to Crawley in west sussex 2-3 times a year so get in touch !!

For a start ladies should be on the pill or coil in this game before any play starts or are they looking to get preggers by sum poor unfortunate soul and these days you can get the morning after pill free over the counter so theres realy no need for unwanted or accidental pregnancys and as for condoms preventing sdc's they do with alot but not with warts or crab lice as these can form in the pubic area and spread into facial hair where skin contact is gonna happen where the condom has no effect ,No 1 in this game is fully safe but the 3 monthly checkups and usage of pregnancy prevention suppliments and condoms do minamize but dont fully protect against bugs but the best thing is ,your own common sence ,Think before you jump

In the Wakefield district 1 in every 5 sexually active under 25's have an STD.

That's the official NHS figure this year.

They could learn a lot from Swingers because on the whole we use our head before we use our genitals.

"to those of you going to the gum clinic the next daybecause of a split condom...... thiers no point! you need to leave it two weeks other wise even if you did catch something it wouldnt show up on the tests"

I was wondering about the incubation period of STD's when I was reading the first few posts myself. 2 weeks for STD's to show up and 6 months for HIV - seems not that everyone knew this. This is a forum being used at its best, to educate, so well done to all concerned. That said, there are plenty of places on the interweb where this knowledge could be gained from as well, without much effort at all.

It seems to me that for as long as practising safe sex is commendable, and perfecting safe sex is almost impossible, suffering from ignorance is, well, it's a no-no.

Fabville !!!

what fansinates me is that some people do not realise that std's can be caught through oral sex also.

STIs that are commonly caught through oral sex are:

chlamydia

gonorrhoea

genital herpes

syphilis

I wish they won't do me because i have epilepsy and it's not been controlled for over a year, they won't put me under so not even that is an option for everyone.

I always ask the clinic to do throat swabs when i go as it's not always offered routinely, you're right though it's not as well known as it should be
