Why do you keep looking at me?

It's tough enough as a single guy on Fab, and yes, I do want my micro violin concerto, having someone look at your profile can be a highlight of your day, for some their week, and I suspect for others of their year.

So please, I implore you, for the sake of single guys, please don't get our hopes up, and if you do look, please say hi, most of us our nice.

Maybe posting on here wont help? I often look at profiles to see who is posting, it doesn't mean I want to meet them Im afraid!

A lot of couples and single women who are interested in single men tick the 'no single men' box. It means they don't get pestered by random blokes changing their arm or sending unsolicited friend requests.

I have no issue with people looking, but I just wonder why people who say they aren't looking for single guys go and look at single guy profiles.

I'm not looking for gay men, but I don't go looking at loads of gay guys profiles.

I'm curious more than anything.

And repeat, not a click bait thread.

I'm not suggesting that because you look you should chat, more that why look of you're not buying.

I get that single fems and couples don't want to be bothered by single guys because some are arseholes, surprisingly so are some women and couples, but I can't block couples who aren't looking for single guys from pestering me.

Bit of a double standard if you ask me.

I am on the lookout for single guys, but on my terms. To do that, I have to block them because the torrent of messages, winks, friends requests and abuse I receive is overwhelming.

The forums are full of explanations of this.

Sometimes I look at profiles I'm not interested in, if they have verified someone I am interested in.

But I share your pain. The joy of someone looking at my profile, followed by realising that they aren't interested in playing.

Think the main reason would be that couples might like to browse to see who they are interested in rather being bombarded with mail or requests from guys they are not interested in

You really feel people simply looking at your profile are pestering you?

You've had good explanations of why people who aren't looking for single guys might look at your profile, there's not much you can do to stop people looking.
