Yes, I am in agreement, guys much much younger than me (in their early 20's) don't have as much in common, as there is a whole generation between us!

but I am seeing a rather lovely 30 year old guy at the moment and very happy about it!

I am an older woman and I do like younger men but they have to be older than my son (31). I would feel very uncomfortable with a man younger or the same age as my son. I think 35 upwards is ok for me.

Then again I like older men too. I'm just greedy I think!
