Ok we've got the fit, athletic and who knows what else threads most of us don't fall into. How about the middle aged and above who look after themselves and think they are doing ok for their age.

I've looked generally better bodywise since I hit my late thirties and now forties than I have the entire rest of my adult life. Not great but demonstrably better. If only I'd figured out how to do that before gravity took its toll; I would have been dangerous.
