I was reading a book as part of my studies and this line really caught my eye ...so we often have the reason we publicly state...but is there a reason behind that?

Im here because after my last relationship ended, I made a conscious decision to broaden my horizons. Ive been on holiday by myself, tried new hobbies and foods and new sexual experiences. Definitely want to be in a new relationship but am going to find a partner who will let me be me this time.

Why am i here? The truth is my personality does not suit celibacy.
