If you've never had one try a rubber one first.

Not the stretchy type as they aren't great, but a solid rubber ring.

It's best to measure a piece of string around your cock and balls to help with the size. Measure when soft so that it fits snugly when you're hard.

Progress to metal ones once you are used to taking them off.
