I am doing something wrong on my profile. I know I have little time for a meets and it usually takes planning as work full time. But i get cancelled last minute continously.

I don't know who you picked or how ... would suggest you met someone with a few meets under their belt or go to some socials. I always met people with some experience at the start.

I wouldnt meet you I'm afraid..without either seeing for myself that you are genuine(meet verified maybe even cam verified).I might wait in for you, but I certainly wouldnt book a hotel or travel out my way even for a social.

You say you have a partner too, my usual concern is that a partner might be running the profile...and thats why I'd rather get some female voice/webcam conversation at least.

Your pic is very nice, best of luck...however, my highlights above have had me successfully meet 100's of people over the years with very very few no shows.

that is true the more specialised your tastes the harder something is to find due to the fact its a specialist thing your looking for so rare by definition .

well thousands of people are meeting via the site alone...fair enough if you are not finding what you need...but that doesnt mean the site is 'shite' to everyone else. Quite alot that have no interest in clubs,parties,socials etc- I like the various ways to meet people of course, just not paying for such events on a week to week basis though.

I don't think the problem lies with your profile OP - but perhaps you need to change up your routine for vetting potential meets?

Its easy to blame others (and there is some stunningly dysfunctional behaviors on here) but you cant expect others to change; only yourself.

I vet my meets very carefully before agreeing to meet, however, even then I have one failed and one cancellation (after I had to pin him down for a time on the day, was the only reason he let me know in the first place)

Therefore I haven't met this year at all.

Yes I have come to the conclusion that the site is full of fantasists of late, that I have all but given up if I am being honest

Op the one thing I would say is refrain from naughty chat. I've found that if you indulge in that the majority of people you talk too will be busy getting off on what you say and very rarely actually meet you.

It's extremely frustrating when they do cancel though but you'll soon work out the signs of a no show. There are some very good people one here and I'm sure you'll come across one soon

A single woman who has been on the site for three months with no verifications would set alarm bells ringing here . Especially if she is as fit as you appear to be .

So we wouldn't be in a hurry to make arrangements if we are honest . And this perhaps explains why you've had two cancellations ?

Exactly. Also, you want face pics but may never send one back and won't talk on the phone. These are things on a male profile that would raise red flags and stop me going any further. That being said, that doesn't explain people chatting to you anyway and then cancelling meets. Maybe look for similar red flags in the profiles you're communicating with? X

It took me nearly 3 mths to get a meet as everyone thought I was fake

trust me if I was fake I'd have picked someone's pictures with big boobs and a tiny waist

As a single man, hailing from a couples profile and point of view previously. Your fortunes can be turned around very easily by taking your time to appreciate what you have to offer. Guard it well, don't be too hasty to meet, speak to lots of people, make lots of friends, keep talking and maybe then you may find out over time who the time wasters and masked masturbators are from the genuine articles ...I personally would love to meet someone as eager as yourself ...alas we are both seeking the age groups above and below.

The important point, is not to get dishearten by the few ....Here's to Happy Days eh x

I was on here nearly a year before I decided to try and get meets - I was nosey about swinging.

It still wasn't difficut finding meets.

Although, reading this thread, it may be that inadvertently, I do things that are "genuine". I don't like dirty chat, I always social first.....
