While there should be no rules for sex, I always try to make the lady cum first, especially in round 1. This is purely because while I can cum more than once, I need a little recovery time, whereas most women I've been with want more, immediately! After my first orgasm I tend to last longer anyway, so it's not really a case of "who cums first", it's more about "how many orgasms can I give her?"
