I've had fun with a colleague I met on fab, we work in a huge complex and separate teams so it wasn't ever an issue, not sure I would have been so keen if we worked together in a smaller team, actually I have done that too and no issues ever come of it. As long as you are both singing from the same hymn sheet it can be good fun.
