I can confirm, my undergrad days in North Wales certainly revealed a lot of beautiful and very kinky welsh students and locals

If we are looking at coutries way further afield then I'd say the spanish are very fiery and passionate, same with italian's, the Danes all seemed to have very muted levels of kink - I put it down to all of those psychological thrillers they watch.
