Anal douche

How many people actually douche before anal play? Personally I never have, and not sure I would as I've read it's not physically good for you. I'd like to see people's opinions on this subject.

I always do. Unless I've had a 'movement' beforehand that will make me feel 'clean' enough for off the cuff anal. Dreamcatcher Xx

I do yep...

I do as much as is neccesary to get comfortable that I'd minimise any accidents.

I know that you could probably over-douche. A certainly throwing soap up there could upset the natural order of things...

But I'd rather be prepped than... well... no need to paint a picture.

Douching with warm water occasionally won't damage you, but it does strip out mucus from the intestinal tract which makes it more important to use condoms. Using soap etc is much more likely to cause irritation or problems. Don't use saline douches designed for vaginal use for anal, saline will give you the runs!

Kinda a necessity for me if i want to relax and have a lot of fun.

I use the shower hose to go quite deep and am careful with my eating the day before.

Once I have done deep with a higher volume using the shower I use a little douche bulb to make sure i'm still clear just been before I go out.

Tbh its the most time consuming bit of preparing for a meet for me.

I think for anal is very important to keep it clean inside and out .

I douche before any meet regardless of whether anal will it won't happen. It makes me feel confident that should anything happen , I know I'm clean.

It isn't healthy to do it on a regular basis though. The only issue I ever have is immediately after I get stomach cramps but they soon pass

I never have. But me and my OH are knew to it and have only done it 3 times if he wants to use a condom he does. Maybe if it was a regular thing I may invest in a douche
