A guy can be cut and still be unhygienic. Whether you are cut or not does not affect your cleanliness. If you can't be arsed to clean your cock then being cut won't change that.

I don't agree with it being done to either sex, especially those who have no say on the matter, but that isn't what is being discussed.

I think genitalia in general is ugly, "mutilated" or not, big deal.
