Both.

Marmite ~ on toast,not a lot. Mixed with cream cheese. Put on potatoes and roasted. In sandwiches with cheese.

Chocolate spread ~ on toast, pancakes with strawberries, raspberries, blueberries.

Or mixed with peanut butter.

I tired marmite once.. And never again lol. I didn't like it, maybe because im not from England.. Not my taste. So i would go for chocolate spread, but peanut butter is the winner!
