If I'm playing a my home I tend to take my socks off.... but if I'm playing at someone's home or hotel , I tend to keep my socks on for two reasons..... I keep my condoms in my socks , and when I'm leaving.... I can look at the bottom of my socks to see how really clean people's homes are ........

Does anyone find it rude?

Its not really about looking good in socks on a one on one meet... I need to know before hand if I can leave my socks on because I have really dry feet and long black toenails that curl. Think of the scene in Dumb and Dumber...

So If I took my socks off , in some cases it might do more harm than good.

As for the fanny pack or man bag, I have a little black draw string wash bag that you can tuck into your towel as you tuck it round your waist. Hands free and always there.

2 reasons..... one to check how clean people's floors are... I've played with a few people and when I went home my white socks were suddenly pitch black on the bottom..

The second reason is I have very dry feet that look like I've been working in a talc mine my whole life.... couple that with black toes nails that curve and look like eagles talons... So if I can leave my socks on during a meet ... I don't have to cut my toenails or use coco butter on my feet....
