I bought it up to my wife one day as a way to push some of her boundaries. she was reluctant at first but we took baby steps. We found the site shortly after.

A friend from another site sent me his profile link as he knew I'd be shocked, which I was but I was curious too. He said I was way to naive to be on this site & I wouldn't last a day.

(Male) split from my ex after 11 years and didn't want another relationship, I didn't want to be celibate, going to the pub every weekend trying to pull d*unk women doesn't appeal to me, I work in an all male job, came across fabswingers and never looked back, I've had loads of meets as a single man, met some brilliant people, had some great experiences, had a couple of not so great experiences too, but I'm happy in my new relationship now and still can enjoy the lifestyle

I appreciate that everyone is in different situations regarding relationships they may be in. I was speaking from my point of view of how i relate to personal relationships. Its by no means a reflection of what others choose to do, that is their choice

Ex girlfriend asked me if I fancied a night out in Manchester when I asked what I should wear she said I don't need to worry about it, on the drive down she asked me if I knew what to expect. As she hadn't even told me anything (I thought it was a drink or meal we were heading for) no I didn't! She been once with a guy who left her on her own...nice!

As the internet was in its absolute infancy and the clubs were mixed saunas not swingers clubs...I'd never heard of them anyway. How niave I was in those days.

I certainly learned a lot that night and I became a very regular visitor with n without the ex. Twenty odd years later I still go sadly alone nowadays.

My first wife and I used to be on AFF site where I was chat group / room moderator and loads talked about Fab's so we came here many years ago - since then divorced but had fem FB/Partner in crime for couple years before I re married
