FabSwingers.com forum: Stocks(restraints not shares)

I'm building a new bed, headboard end has a bar across for holding onto or somewhere for restraints/handcuffs to attach. Bottom end I want to build in stocks.

My question is what height do I make them so it's comfortable for the person in them? I want to make them comfortable so the person in them can be stood on the floor or be on the bed ass in the air.

Any input would be great fully received!
