Just curious to know how many people on here have friends with benefits and how it works for you if you are married?

Mrs CoolJee has had the same one for about 7 years now. He's wonderful. Very kind and considerate and after so much time has really got to know how to press her buttons! It's always a pleasure (for both of us) when he visits.

Prestonish

I haven't got one yet! I'd really like one - but I'm a fussy bugger so not easy to find!

.

I have basically given up finding someone local and finding someone out of my area is just as bad, I think distance is one of the biggest issues, Making it work when there is x amount of miles between you will take a lot of effort for both people involved

Yes..but it can get awkward as one usually gets attached or develops feelings.

Surely a FWB uf you are married is an affair? And that;s a totally different dynamic to FWB

Unless you have an open marriage.

Nope, an 'affair' implies infidelity.

My first sexual partner was a married FWB. It lasted for 7 years and I was a close friend of the family, not just her.

She was happy, so her husband was happy. Straightforward and uncomplicated, from start to finish.

(The sex stopped, when I met my future wife).

Yes I have a fwb and we get on well. Known her 4 years. I'd like a gym buddy too but mainly for gym stuff.

East Sussex

When I go to work I have a cake friend. She brings me some sort of cake every day whether I'm working with her or not. I suppose that's a sort of FWB set up.
