I know, I know they're relative scarce and supply and demand and all that, but why do so many women on here acquire what I term 'Princess Syndrome'? As if profile names such as 'blah Perfect' aren't bad enough, they frequently post poor or non existent pics, and slate guys for doing just the same. They then asked to be chased and told why any guy is worthy of a meet with them?! Put their real face pics on a proper dating site and then see how many mails they get! Unless they promise to open their knickers of course!

Reality is single women can, to a large degree, do what they want. The perk of being arguably the most desirable and least populated dempgraphic on here.

I keep reading the last 2 sentences of your post and can't work out whether I am missinterpreting the sentiment because it reads pretty vile.

To clarify, not all female posts, but a significant number of them, those especially claiming to be 'princesses' by the tone of they're 'I'm up myself' descriptions.

nah, you're better looking tha old horseface. But I am at a loss as to what this will accomplish. People who moan about single men get dogpiled by the regulars just as much as people who rant about single women and we are all aware that there are people out there who give the rest of us a bad name. I don't sit at my PC going 'him, not him, him, not him'. In fact I am startlingly grateful if someone actually turns up to meet me, and show it in appropriate ways.

Surely the whole point of this site is to meet people for sex. If someone is making you grit your teeth with anger then ignore them and move on. I know its hard but that is what the peeps on here tell me and its helping my blood pressure enormously!

In fairness to the OP I know what he means. I've witnessed the attitude of some women believing their own publicity.

However, it comes across as a petulant whine from someone who's been knocked back by a said princess: not attractive.

Actually to a certain extent i agree with the op. Some women on here expect guys to jump through hoops to meet them. In real life im treated like a princess absolutly spoilt rotten with love and having everything done for me. But im a realist and ive already got a prince charming. I think these women obviously lack something and see how far they can go to get a guy to meet them.

just glad uve answered back the posts.while i know this may have been aimed at single females it actually happens with most of the "we're pretty awsome" crowd, males ,females,couples- Ive even heard ridiculous ones from guys to my female friends/meets that they had met me, and that they could do better...not realising that set them on for a block lol

I have it on my profile please dont say things like "u wish"-and I feel like turning round to say ur not the hottest person ive tried(in my eyes) to meet(or met), which sounds really nasty but the way I see it is they have already somehow stated a superiority over myself or my friends, so catty remarks from some really do put me off them no matter how delicious they are.lets face it guys can be fuds,women can be fuds,couples can be fuds-but its relatively easy to ignore them and enjoy the people ur meeting or intending to meet.

but this is where I tend to look at the OP and many who post similar things, before a label onto a thread can be made, looking at someones profile(hopefulyy theres something on it) can ofte give u the impression they arent what they appear on the forum post, I seriously doubt the OP would have some nice verifies from the people hes metif he was misogynistic.The statement was neither a sweeping generalisation on the sex's but just a blunt expression of why some(I stated men women and cpls) who think they are "it".thats just my view on it of course.

Yes, point taken there. Suppose was being controversial for the sake of debate and an interesting or thought provoking thread - most of them are yawn to be fair. Yeah I had a look too and he seems ok but as we both know if you post something here you tend to live or die by it and the original post was at best poorly worded. And the OP has got meets and veris so I would say that he has little to complain about just skip the people he thinks are up themselves and enjoy life without getting in a lather over something he can't really influence!

I've seen profiles asking for presents off guys and weekends away, usually put on a profile like "I love wearing corsets, perhaps you'd like to treat me and ill model it for you" or "if I was whisked away for a weekend I'd certainly make it worth your while". In my opinion that is wrong. Some women believe that just because they get lots of mails saying how gorgeous they are, that they can start treating guys disresptfully.

I get that single women are in a minority on this site, and have said before that I personally am not on here to set any records. Yes I may have more choice than single males, but quality over quanity for me. I get that we all need to have a moan from time to time too.

It's interesting and raises some fair points.

I do get put off by some ladies over the top profiles and list's of demands and the like. It's usually pretty obvious when someone is full of themselves and arrogant rather than just being clear and precise about what they are seeking, especially after a few messages are exchanged.

But then I'm not a 'any holes a goal' type... I even got accused by a recent meet of having morals the other day!!

When I see a profile afflicted with the 'Princess Syndrome' I tend to have a little chuckle to myself.

What these precious little darlings don't realise is by making the guys jump through hoops and comply with their exacting demands their filtering process yields them submissive dweebs rather than the hunks they were hoping to snare.

We all use our own filtering process to get what it is we think we want, yet I would bet most of us are wrong in our choices and would have more fun with those people we seem to mildly dislike.

I never said all women or that they were dating site rejects and hence on here. The general point is that their desirability is uplifted massively by being on here, primarily due to supply and demand. On a dating site, there would be more competition so; a 20 stone, 50 year old woman claiming to be 40 (or less, yes they do exist) would not find her inbox as busy on National Dateline as she would on here - unless she specified that she was into no strings blow jobs that is. However, when you introduce causal no strings sex into the equation the male interest spikes considerably! Blame mother nature/evolution, whatever you want to call it.

Because I was confident in my profile, have been here before, and know from experience what to put & what not to put.

I really feel I have my profile right for me, I get plenty of good comments about it, and now no bad ones.

I do not consider myself a princess, if someone has an isse with anything I have put on my profile, then I expect them to pass me by, as I would with a profile I saw and didnt like!

I get that single women are in a minority on this site, and have said before that I personally am not on here to set any records. Yes I may have more choice than single males, but quality over quanity for me. I get that we all need to have a moan from time to time too.

This site has its ups and downs... as do others. Because I am a stubborn girl, yes I did do well on a dating site! Am I on that dating site? Nope.

I have decided for me, swinging is what I want - need for now,

also appears to me people are talking about the profile being subject to the "princess" observation/statement.... its sometime how the person acts throughout the communication not solely aimed at the profile itself, after all a profiles a profile, but what u do with ur profile can lead to many assumptions rightly or wrongly about the person...while maybe not centering out the princesses lol maybe we should just call them "royals" lol
