Previously on here 1hrs 30 mins.

It hasn't happened like that since, it's usually a few days to a couple of months. Unless it's a club, where people are ready to meet now.

Internet relay chat. They were a set of chatrooms where you could send pictures to other users. They were precursors of the Yahoo and MSN chat rooms. mIRC was the one I used.
