I don't think it's gender specific for me. It depends on what the person is like but generally I'm crap at flirting and recognising it so don't bother.

I don't really flirt with blokes unless it's just a bit of flirty banter. I find blokes who approach me are very direct rather than flirty albeit some have a more appropriate approach than others. So yes there is a difference in my experience.

Yes I flirt differently women, I think it's confidence though. Much more natural to flirt with a man I know what they like. A women is much more about engaging her brain first.

I'm much more confident and direct with guys.

In a sauna I've been known to just walk up to a guy and lead him by the hand to a room without speaking.

I'll only let him speak after.

Apparently that's quite memorable
