Best thing for anal is relax and use lots of lube. More lube than you think you'll need.

Plus she has to trust whoever is in control because that will help her relax. She has to know that there won't be some rough guy that will get carried away.

Another good way I have found is to use a small but plug with plenty of lube, once it's in leave it for a short while and then slowly take it out. This way seems to help her relax and she seems to get used it being there. Move on slowly.

Definitely lube but also patience is a massive key factor and communicating how it feels.

Use your tongue to help her relax initially then fingers and lube gently applied in and around to relax and loosen her xx

Tbh if done right it's amazing- if you rush and don't use enough lube it can be horrible.

Communicating and going slow is quite a turn on too so have fun!

Make sure she is clean up there too using a douche as otherwise it can gey very messy and uncomfortable x

For your situation, the best plan is to be prepared so you do it when the moment is right, not planned.

I.e. If you're having fun and you happen to feel particularly horny and relaxed, that's the time to do, hence be prepared with plenty of lube/toys/poppers to hand when the moment is right.

The key is a good lube, relax, trust, and warm it up with fingers first.

I agree if she lays on her side to begin with it's a bit easier. Move very slow to start.

We have only done it a few times, not confident enough to to it in a group situation yet.
