My wife on occasions loves doing it! Wears mini dresses and stockings on an almost daily basis and when in the right mood intentionally (sometimes unintentionally) shows her stocking tops and Arse Cheeks.

In the warmer months, always goes out in the garden naked to replenish the bird feeders. We are comfortably overlooked by at least 4 properties.

Firstly the risk of been seen by those who shouldn't see it ,not worth risk no matter how discreet you think you are . Or more importantly over seen by those who dont want to see it ! Anything sexual should have full consent of all parties .

Nudity on your own private property is not illegal or a Police issue unless it is intended to be seen or to cause alarm or distress.

Remember Mayor Keith Brookes? He used to sunbathe naked in his garden and neighbours reported him, he ended up in court. He was found not guilty of public decency charges but had an order banning him from going in his garden naked. If he did it again he'd get done for breaking the banning order.

The law is confusing and written like that it seems you could walk through the arch and down Chepstow high street totally naked, you can't though. Try it and see how long before the police pick you up. No one is saying you'll be charged but you'll be stopped from doing it.

If by cleavage you mean a top that isn't up to my neck then with boobs like mine it's hard to avoid it on appropriate occasions. However, choosing to inflict my sexuality on people who have had no choice in the matter goes against my own sense of propriety, regardless of the legality of the issue. Goes in to the garden knowing that she may be seen, but has no idea whether she will be or not. Therefore it is not deliberate! (but she hopes).

We do not know if it causes harm or distress, but that is not our intention and that is the point of Law! - got it yet?

Regarding our responses, correct we do not care less what other people think, just the same as we do not care what other people get up to.

See I sometimes slick myself with oil and enjoy sunbathing naked in my back garden, though I'm not overlooked there so I'll only be seen if someone tresspasses on my property, in which case that's entirely down to them.

However I've also been guilty of sunbathing in rather tight fitting underwear or swimshorts where I may be seen that, whilst nothing is revealed directly, certainly gives very good indications regarding parts of my anatomy...
