How many messages a day

I'm curious to how many messages people actually get daily!! I see profile updates of people saying they can't cope with the state of their inbox to many messages!! I'm lucky if i get 1 a day but I'm a bloke!! I'm wondering on average what does everyone else get.

I usually seem to get 4-5 messages a day

Depends. If we don't have a status, meet post or put new pics on like sit in silent could be between 30-50. If we have a meet status, meet event or post new photos 50 to 100 depending on time of day.

Worth noting it's easy to fall being if you have a couple of conversations going as when you're online messages keep coming from new people. And that makes messages drop off the page as the inbox only shows the most recent 75 messages received until you delete the newer messages.

Mrs solo profile is another story altogether. Take the above and double it.

All depends how "active" I am that day.

I'm sitting at 696 unread messages at the moment, but I'd say between 50-300+ a day

All the ones that we and see by the message preview saying "hi how are you" or contain words to put us off like "wanna fuck" or "meet me now" we delete without opening. Plus those who don't have the verified tick or a photo attachment. We then read the profiles of those remaining. If profile takes our interest we read the message.

Few a day here on average. Sometimes none...sometimes a few more.

Worse I saw was a girl from Gloucester, staying over night at mine summer 2015. Checked her mail at 12.30 am....deleted all messages. Checked at 8.30 next morning...over 300. Ridiculous!

No more than 1 or 2 from new contacts and maybe 15 - 20 from existing ones but it can vary a lot. What filters you have obviously makes a big difference,judging by the amount of bi guys who fab my pics I guess I could easily treble my amount of messages if I changed my preferences.

It's all down to what you're looking for though. As I'm not looking for guys or other TV's then of course my views will be limited.

I average about 10 new messages a day and 2 or 3 conversations with friends..

that obviously goes up when I post new pics but I have active filters..

I have had a look at the profiles on here where the posters say they get a lot of mail, and I notice their age range is usually between 20-45, and they are obviously looking for men with no filters on..

I would guess there are more 20-45 yr olds on here than any other age range so maybe that's why they get so much mail

I get about 20 to 30 daily and that's with single men blocked. When I've unblocked them it's more 150 plus. I block them to stop the random fancy a fuck messages plus I like to reply and chat to people I can't do that with an inbox 150 messages. I tried typing non stop for 30 mins and ended up with 180 lol

If I don't update my status or go in the chat rooms maybe between five and ten on average.

If I log on in the early hours because I'm up at 4 or 5am, I'll almost instantly get about 30-40 right then.

this number of messages is the reason why I don't send any messages to random woman .

I know that seems hard to believe but its true,

even when my spider sense tells me we are a match I don't bother .

reason why is best explained like this one of my best ever fwbs gave me that spider sense before we became friends ,

i sent her a polite interesting message that was never read never opened . so now your asking yourself how did we become friends well simple one day she sent me a message out of the blue after reading a piece of writing of mine the rest is history .this and other similar experiences lead me to come to the conclusion that random messages are a waste of time no matter how much effort you put into such a message ,

so I now only respond to and message people about forum posts that resonate with me or in response to those who make the first contact with me .

this approach has worked wonders for me and id recommend all guys try it as long as your not desperate and willing to take a more leisurely approach to this game it does work far better as a way of starting conversations

I get a handful of new messages. Maybe 5/6 from friends I've made on the site and known a while.

I don't know how single women with no pics get 50-100 messages a day. Most I've ever had in a day was around 60 and they were predominantly conversations.

As a single, straight male, looking for women, expect zero speculative messages and if you're lucky, you'll get 100 times that amount!

If I chat to someone I obviously can get a lot of messages in one day. If I do a new search and send out my own speculative messages, I might get a handful of replies. If you put the effort in, you reap the rewards.

If you're a single female, just a blank profile is required to ensure you are inundated - details, updates and photos and you'll be swamped!

Couples, somewhere in-between, I imagine?

One or two - depends how lucky I am. Usually from men asking if I want discreet meets.

Been having a couple of conversations today so 80-100 so far. But that's just a bit of back and forth.

A female friends of mine had well over 1000 in a few hours after posting some pictures on here.

Approx 50 a day I recon on a busy day maybe 80. I delete my inbox daily cos I'm not meeting I just scan it first for messages off friends. When I'm meeting I don't delete I read everyone then that's when it escalates. Xxx

My old profile for various reasons I didn't deleted and is just hidden I've not logged onto it for over six months but the email notifications are on it still gets up to 3 messages a week.

I don't get why people are sending winks and messages to it, but seems still more than some guys get

because of this thread we counted this morn.23.4 from friends that message every day.7 from couples .rest from guys most about k pics or when we going cinema or dogging ect again? [ha not doing it again mean counting em,]

I think restricting messages from singles gents can radically reduce message numbers.

About 16-30 a day but that's from people I chat too rather than new messsges. Probably a couple of new messages a day.

Hardly any, just had one this morning but it was so long that it was obviously copied and pasted and I got bored half way through! I've just replied with a "well done on reading our profile!" As it was all about how I was turning up at his house and fucking him etc when out profile says we don't full swap and we don't play alone. I mean, credit to him for trying!

If we aren't doing anything no meet up or anything, I'd say average 2 a day some days none

If we have a meet up maybe 50 actually new messages not counting on going conversations but we do have a lot of filters in place which does reduce it,

I currently only have age filters on and only men can message me, I get about 30 a day. Was a lot different when I first joined. It also alters when I upload new pics.

I now hide new pics for the first week in private so they don't go on local updates etc. to stop that happening.
