After recently spending a lot of time on this site at which point would it become a sex addiction.

Is 3-4 hours a day excessive? or are others the same?

Addiction suggests it's taking up most of your life, stopping day to day activities, causing problems in your daily relationships with people. If these are the case then yes you are an addict. 3-4 hours isnt much compared to some spending 8-12 hours on fab - some more.

Its probably 3-4 hours across the day. Constantly checking phone etc
