We are thinking of hopefully buying a place in Wales or France and opening a caravan/camping site

The question is do you think swingers would use us if we held swingers only weekends

Yes I think They would.. There is a lifestyle caravaning community. Maybe have a chat with them.

As a business case I have my doubts, particularly for weekends, people tend to stay places for a week, so if your availability stopped on Friday when the swingers arrived they'd choose the next camp along for the full week. Then being known, which is inevitable, as a swingers camp won't help those family bookings mid week. I think if you want to run swingers campsite and think the community can sustain you crack on! If not, I don't think the mixed use will work

I think some would, but I also think many wouldn't. This is mainly due to the press, if you think about swingfields, which was all kept on the low, the press still managed to find out and print an article with the faces of the people not blurred out at first. I think those most likely to attend are those that aren't too worried about being caught, it's all well and good saying it will be kept secret etc, but with it being a set location every year and out in the open, it wouldn't be long before people got wind of it.

Have a look at Xtasia, they are planning a 'thing' in the summer such as you describe and they seem to have got it covered.

The way to go is to set a week aside where u take no bookings from the non scene customers and have a week of swinging events then resume with normal business after

I've camped at a swinging venue over in Yorkshire if memory serves me (admittedly we went on a kink weekend), but it was packed and popular. They had a small club there that was open to campers and others alike. I would definitely do it again, but as others have said as a business model you really need to give some thought to how it might work practically speaking. I personally think having a swinging/kink only venue - especially if you went down the glamping kinda route with hook ups and pods and yurts and the likes available, at reasonable prices then you'd be onto a winner.

I think it would be a big risk, because you'll put off lots of non-swingers who will be your primary income source.

We definitely would. We love going out and about in the caravan, would love a camping weekend with extra benifits...
