Do you mean just play the game with cream and call it spunk face.

That was my second question actually.

It'd be better if the player puts her face in the thing. And the guys get a minute each to wank in front of her. If she gets away with a miraculously clean face then she wins.

... You know... Logistically speaking

That's what I thought. Why use the spring loader when men already have the propulsion method built in.

It's just good engineering sense.
