Are you 100% sure she was flirting and not being conversational and friendly? How do you imagine your relationship as employer and employee (if it is you who employs her) will be if you do go for a drink or even have sex together or you ask her and she turns you down?

I think you should leave things as they are. Many women can pick up on men's intentions and it makes them very uncomfortable if they have to be alone with them.

Great cleaners are like gold dust. I wouldn't compromise that commercial relationship in the slightest. It can be a difficult job, if you're a woman working alone in a man's home - so I'd encourage you to make her feel welcome and safe. And that her employment is safe, even if she's no sexual interest in you op.
