It varies. What's normal for one woman isn't for another. Some will cum more than once, some won't. Some will cum through oral, some won't. Although if he's never made a lady cum though oral and he's had a few different women then I would question his technique!!

I've never orgasmed from orgasm. I've occasionally made a woman orgasm from oral, but far from every time. If a man is insistent I used to fake it just to get it over with.

Women don't automatically orgasmed during sex. For many it can be quite hard.

I too have never orgasmed from oral and if done wrong, it can be quite painful as I am extremely sensitive. If done right, it's a very nice addition to the experience but it's never going to get me there.

I think that most guys think that they are better at oral than they actually are and are pretty good at making the woman feel like it's her fault when she doesn't cum. Men and women are very similar in this regard. If a woman sucks a man too vigorously before he's hard it can sometimes be painful. In the same way women need to get a "ladyboner" before one can lick harder. Some women will then complain they are being "tickled". It all depends on the technique for me. Oral is my favourite thing ever, and when done well I'll happily lie (or sit) for hours. I prefer it soft and repetitive than hard and erratic, and I don't always want fingers involved, sometimes it detracts from the sensation around the clit. Most of the women I have been with have cum through oral. Not every time and for some it was easier/quicker than others. Some didn't but they tended to be one off partners rather than regular, though that wasn't always the case. I guess some may have faked it, but for most their orgasms were unmistakable.
