Fell asleep for about 30 minutes earlier, now bloody wide awake

This happens probably once a week. Does anyone else suffer with this?

Went to sleep at 11 to be woken up at 11.15 by my son crying. Struggled to get to sleep again and off to work now so definitely sympathising here.

Normally not to bad as long as I get 2-3 hours sleep and catch up the following night.

I find them useful during the day, as can not sleep more than a few hours.

l literally can't nap. lf l fall asleep then l always sleep for 8 hours.

I regularly go for a siesta with the baby, intending on having 1 hour.

We wake up two and a half hours later not knowing what day it is
