'Your loss'

This is for all those who throw a little tant when you can't drop everything at a moments notice to meet (due to the inconvenience of having a life) or when you don't quite fancy them enough to meet so you politely tell them that they're not for you... and then they come back with the classic line 'Your loss'. Just want to thank each and everyone one of you for making me smile, and chuckle to myself. I appreciate it

Yes we loved it when people beg to meet you and when you repeatedly decline it's suddenly our loss and that we are fat and ugly and they didn't really want to meet us in the first place.

Deletion is so much simpler

I know it does make me shake my head when the abuse comes in ah well I guess it does keep things entertaining! Lol

It's such an annoying and non-sensical thing to say. It aggravates me on several levels, but I "adult" my way though it with grace and aplomb of course but.. it irks me.

I actually put "it's your loss" at the end of my first message. That way, I don't need to bother saying it later. In fact, I'm going to put it in the subject too from now on. And change my nickname to that too. So there.

I get it all the time. Some little guy will write to me; I politely point out to him that he is vertically challenged; I end up with a 'loss' or worse, abuse

No-a-days, I just delete; I can't handle any more losses
