be very careful people I was just talking to a couple and asked to see pics of them and they sent pics of me and my misses to us unknowing that it was us so there are people on here stealing pics and pretending to be people... I'm not happy at the moment as we are trying to keep this secret from family and they are just flaunting our pics

Don't put anything on the internet you don't want others to see. Report the profile, and block op

Brighton - even Hove!

Assume anything on the internet is public knowledge. Report them. Block them.

I am shocked they managed to steal your pics when your profile clearly displays a warning against such actions. Will you be subjecting the culprits to "legal ramifications" ?

Yep, this. Take them to court for breach of privacy and theft. There may well be a reporter from the local rag there to do an article and take photos which might compromise your discretion but you can't think "SWINGERS ON FAB IN PHOTO THEFT SCANDAL" won't be newsworthy cos it will be. No point on having the legal warning unless you use it. Sue the bastards.

Oh no! I see that their breach of privacy legal warning notice has been stolen from their profile.

Don't, whatever you do, ' take them to court' unless you have a fetish about paying pots of money to hugely incompetent idiots.

Courts solve nothing and certainly aren't an option in a case like this. Stupid advice.

As others have said, just block and report.
