Really depends how different. An old photo or one took at a good angle / touched up before they got older or put on weight is fine, glad on them for trying hard

But if it was litterally a different person e.g. pics from the internet and they were lying / being deceptive i would advise them as such and walk out, even if i still thought they were hot. That is stalker territory.
