Just putting this out there but been chatting to married people on here who's other half's don't know about the site and they seem to be alot more pleasant to talk to, married people on here shouldn't be getting the bad reputation.

We agree with this,unless they keep trying to justify why they are cheating on here.Or they seem to be gloating about it or blaming their partner.

Some married people are pleasant to talk to. Some are not.

Some unmarried people are pleasant to talk to. Some are not.

I don't think the relationship status has anything to do with it.

Sick fed up of hearing that old chestnut..my wife and I are like brother and sister' or 'she's gone off sex'...I'm not interested in hearing any of it. I sometimes think this site is an affairs cheating site judging by the mail I receive.from married men

As a personal preference I don't meet with anyone in a relationship without their partner there simply because I don't like the idea and have enough drama in my own life without adding more but what someone does in their personal life is nothing to do with me and however they want to treat their relationships is none of my business, I do however ask for honesty from anyone I meet, each to their own I think, that's just my 2p tho

you wouldn't have any investment in putting yourself up as the defender of the married would you?

Thank you OP, but unfortunately we will always be judged on here. I don't let it bother me and concentrate on the many, many people who are happy about my circumstances.

What bad reputation?

From what we see on here, they are described as cheats and for some of them their honesty is questioned.

Aren't those statements factually correct in a fair number of cases?
