Ok..so I get many of them each day and I I hate being rude. So what do you normally do? (It's clear by the way they haven't read my profile as mine is fairly specific)

Ignore and block

Answer saying fine thanks or answering with just a few kisses. xx. That's a polite way to me of acknowledgement but not encouragement

Tell them to sod off

Or answer saying..'you haven't read my profile'. Etc

Answers please on a postcard!

If its obvious they haven't bothered to read it I just delete without response now. I used to reply to every message but I'm fed up of pointless conversations on here now

If the messages are from men then we are used to it, no reply means no thanks.

No need to feel rude not replying, it's expected that we won't get replies from those that aren't interested in us.

If you must reply, just go for "thanks but you're not for me " If you put a reason it invites further messages.

I get a fair few messages from straight guys and I used to be polite and answer them, but gave up when all you then get back is stuff like "oh I just want to get sucked" or "I fancy giving it a try" so I rarely respond to any straight guys now.

Most other messages I at least give a polite reply to.

Exactly this. If they haven't bothered reading profile to realise they straight away aren't going to be a match then why bother wasting your time and making the effort replying?

If they read my profile I'll read there message doesn't mean I will reply mind. If they don't bother then neither will I. That goes for men, TV/TD, women and couples too.

Everyday we get these and friends requests. We simply delete them block. Feels like your banging your head against a brick wall sometimes tho

Being polite to people costs nothing and takes no effort at all regardless if they have or haven't read our profile

Possibly.

For me I need to know if I would be wasting my time. My circumstances aren't too everyone's taste lol.

When visible, my profile clearly states what I'm looking for/what's on offer etc. It's not ambiguous in any way.

I also state I will not respond to anyone outwith my profile: and I don't!

I write messages individually based on the profile I've read and always use the code word that is asked for. The majority are read and that's it, but on a few occasions I've been thanked for the nice message even if I'm not what they're looking for, which is better than getting nothing back

This does our tits in. If you don't put what you are looking for in a profile then you attract the idiots. Then you only have the idiots that just message because you've posted an update or new picture. Can't even be arsed to block these days, just delete.

I am extremely specific in what I state in my profile but I do post regular updates and very occasionally a new pic so I can assume that many may message because of this without even looking at my profile

Probably the same, currently sitting on 25 unsolicited friend requests & 15 winks all from couples

None of their profiles say the female plays alone so we assume they haven't read the profile..

On the desk top site the photos are at the bottom of the profile text.

We actually think "New public pics" "Hot pics" & "Most Fabbed" should be dropped or at least the ability to link direct to profile removed as we think most come via there bypassing the actual blurb of the profile completely.
