Up on them there hills

Basically it is a very strong wine (21%) with no flavour at all.

You need you flavour the wine as you would like.

There are flavourings on the net, however I like to experiment, somewhere I picked up marmalade, it's stunning.

Any thoughts of flavours? I have twenty three litres

How much have you got left now then?!

Fruits would be a predictable choice for me

Think citrus mandarins.

I have a few slow berries, and frozen bilberries.

This is not looking like liver food.

What about peanut butter....

On occasion I'll buy cheap vodka an add raspberries to the bottle. Let it soak a few days before drinking for the flavor to seep out. It's a very visible process and you can eat the alcohol soaked berries after you filter them if you want.
