Seems like a fair enough question to me. I'm sure most couples had to have one partner start the conversation first at one point or another and he's just asking how that went I think.

Agreed. Perfectly reasonable question.

As for us, it's a long story plus it was a long time ago. But short answer is, she wanted more experience with women as she'd had sex with women before we met. I'd fantasised about her fucking other guys. Things went from there.

My wife always fancied a 3some with another guy so we made some hints to a good mate of mine who we knew was single at the time and I knew he had looked at my wifes bum and legs a few times while watching football at ours.

She walked in at half time one night dressed in nice underwear and negligee with a can of beer in each hand and casually said " heres your half time entertainment"

I obviously knew what she was going to do but my mates face was a picture for about 3 minutes even when she sat in between us on the sofa he was still shocked. Ended up having our very first nervous 3some and never looked back since that night ....... some 23 years ago !
